Terms of Service


Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the basic matters regarding the use of the service between the service user (hereinafter referred to as the "user") and the company using all game services and other services such as websites (hereinafter referred to as the "service") provided by Tonewalker (hereinafter referred to as the "company") through devices.

Article 2 Definitions ① The following terms are defined in these Terms.

  1. User refers to a person (including non-members) who concludes a use contract in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and uses all games and other services provided by the Company.
  2. Content refers to all digitally created contents related to the Services, including all games and network service applications, game money, and game items provided by the Company for use through devices, etc.
  3. Device refers to a device such as a PC, mobile phone, smartphone, PDA, tablet, portable game machine, console game machine, etc. from which Content can be downloaded or installed and used.
  4. Application refers to any program downloaded or installed and used through a device described in paragraph 1, item 3 to use the services provided by the Company.
  5. Service refers to any service provided by the Company to enable the use of network games such as ranking registration, post creation, purchase of game money or items through wired and wireless networks, etc.
  6. Nickname refers to a combination of letters or numbers selected by the user and granted by the Company for user identification and service use.
  7. Nickname information refers to general information, including information entered or agreed upon at the time of user registration, and game information, including the user's character item experience on the service.

② The definitions of terms used in these Terms shall be as stipulated in relevant laws and service-specific policies, except as stipulated in Paragraph 1 of this Article, and what is not stipulated herein shall be subject to general correlation.

Article 3 Effect, Application and Change of Terms

① These Terms shall be effective upon specifying these Terms within the Company's website or content for use of the Service in the nature of a service use contract, and upon the User's installation and execution of the content.

② Agreeing to these Terms means agreeing to regularly visit the homepage to check for changes to the Terms.

③ The Company may change these Terms in response to changes in relevant laws and regulations or to improve the rights and obligations of users if deemed necessary, and the changed Terms will be notified to users through the Company's homepage for 7 days (but 30 days for matters that significantly affect the rights and obligations of users) before the date of application of the changed Terms, and will be effective from the date of application.

④ If the Company revises the Terms of Use, the user has the right to disagree with all or part of the revised and announced Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "refusal to agree to the revised Terms of Use"), and in this case, the user may stop using the service and withdraw. However, if you do not express your intention to "refuse to agree to the revised terms and conditions" to the company within 30 days from the effective date of the revised terms and conditions, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions.
